(hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "Kai Rui De") received an electronic service of the "Notice of Case Acceptance" from the Futian District People's Court of Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province (hereinafter referred to as the "Futian Court") on January 24, 2024. The notice stated that the execution objection filed by the Company against the execution case No. (2023) Yue 0304 Zhi Hui 3092 had been accepted and filed by the Futian Court on January 24, 2024, with case number (2024) Yue 0304 Zhi Yi 13.
