(hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "Kai-Rui-De") recently received the "Civil Judgment" (2022) E Min Zhong No. 921 from the Hubei Provincial Higher People's Court, issued in the dispute over the confirmation of bankruptcy claims between the Company and CITIC Automobile Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "CITIC Automobile"). The preliminary situation of this case was disclosed in the "Announcement on Litigation Matters" (Announcement No.: 2022-L024) and "Announcement on Progress of Litigation Matters" (Announcement No.: 2022-L030) disclosed by the Company on May 7, 2022, and June 11, 2022, respectively.
