This firm has been retained by Kai Rui De Holdings Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company," "Kai Rui De") to issue this legal opinion regarding the matters that require verification in the "Inquiry Letter on the 2021 Annual Report of Kai Rui De Holdings Co., Ltd." (Company Department Annual Report Inquiry Letter [2022] No. 154, hereinafter referred to as the "Inquiry Letter") issued by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on April 29, 2022.
This firm's lawyers, in accordance with the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules" (hereinafter referred to as the "Listing Rules"), the "Administrative Measures for Law Firms Engaging in Securities Legal Business" (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrative Measures"), and the "Practice Rules for Law Firms Engaging in Securities Legal Business (Trial)" (hereinafter referred to as the "Practice Rules"), as well as other relevant laws and regulations, have, in accordance with the generally accepted business standards, ethical norms, and diligent and conscientious spirit of the legal profession, issued this legal opinion.
