I. Basic Information
Hangzhou Huiming Trading Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huiming Company") and Zhejiang Yifu Holdings Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yifu Company"), Kairomede Holdings Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company" or "Kairomede Company"), and third parties Hong Min, Dai Yafei, and Xie Lisen are involved in a bill dispute. The Hangzhou Intermediate People's Court issued a "Civil Judgment" (2017) Zhejiang 01 Civil Initial No. 1874 in November 2018, rejecting Huiming Company's claim for Yifu Company, Kairomede Company, and others to pay 100 million yuan in bill payments and related interest and litigation costs. Huiming Company appealed the judgment to the Zhejiang High People's Court.
