Kairui De Holdings Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") received a notice on February 25, 2021, from the Dezhou Branch of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) (hereinafter referred to as "ICBC Dezhou Branch"). ICBC Dezhou Branch believes that the Company has violated Article 10.2 of Section 2 of the "Working Capital Loan Agreement" signed by both parties, declaring early maturity of the following parts of the "Working Capital Loan Agreement" and requiring the Company to immediately unconditionally fulfill the contract provisions and repay all principal and interest of the loans.
