I. Basic Situation of the Litigation
Recently, Kaired Holdings Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company" or "Kaired") received the Enforcement Ruling No. (2020) Yue 0304 Zhi Yi 826 delivered by the People's Court of Futian District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province (hereinafter referred to as "Futian Court"). The case involves a contract dispute between the Company's subsidiary, Tianjin Demian Mining Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tianjin Demian"), and Shenzhen Yonghuiyuan Supply Chain Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shenzhen Yonghuiyuan"). The Futian Court has made a civil judgment (No. (2017) Yue 0304 Min Chu 13490), and the case has entered the enforcement procedure, with the enforcement case number being (2017) Yue 0304 Zhi 29547. During the enforcement process, Shenzhen Yonghuiyuan applied to add the Company as a defendant in the aforementioned case.
