It has been learned that Zhao Jun filed a lawsuit against Kaired on January 8, 2021, and the Guangzhou Intermediate Court has accepted the case. Claims in the Lawsuit
- To order the defendant to bear joint and several liability for the unpaid principal of 158,677,566.34 yuan and interest (calculated at an annual interest rate of 4.35% from October 31, 2018, until the actual repayment date) confirmed in the civil mediation document (2019) Yue Min Zhong 1537, with the unpaid portion (principal of 124,975,540 yuan and interest calculated at an annual interest rate of 4.35% from July 29, 2020, until the actual repayment date) amounting to 2,442,672 yuan as of January 8, 2021.
- To order the defendant to bear the property preservation guarantee fee of 100,000 yuan and attorney fees of 1,000,000 yuan incurred by the plaintiff to realize the creditor's rights.
