On October 12, 2019, Kairuide Holdings Co., Ltd. disclosed on the Giant Tide Information Network regarding the bankruptcy liquidation application filed by the original creditor, COFCO International Singapore Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "COFCO International," formerly known as Noble Resources Ltd.), with the execution case number (2014) De Zhong Zhi No. 277.
