The judicial enforcement of the shares held by Mr. Zhang Peifeng began on June 22, 2020. Recently, the Company received a notification from the brokerage department assisting in the judicial enforcement, informing that as of July 8, 2020, all shares held by Mr. Zhang Peifeng have been judicially enforced.
