Zhangzidao Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") held the Ninth Board of Directors' Ninth Meeting on July 2, 2026, through on-site and written voting. The meeting deliberated and passed the "Proposal on Appointing the Company's Financial Officer." The relevant situation is hereby announced as follows:
To ensure the normal operation of the Company's daily operations and business management, upon the nomination of Mr. Lu Ke, President of the Company, and after review by the Nomination Committee and deliberation by the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors, it was agreed to appoint Mr. Wang Guodong (resume attached) as Vice President and Financial Officer of the Company. His term of office shall commence from the date of approval of this Board meeting until the expiration of the term of the Ninth Board of Directors. Mr. Lu Ke, Director and President of the Company, will no longer act as Chief Financial Officer.
