I. Overview of Project Bidding and Contract Signing
On April 14, 2026, the Company disclosed the "Notice of Proposed Bidding Projects" (Announcement No.: 2026-014) in the Securities Times, Shanghai Securities News, and on the Giant Tide Information Network (http://www.cninfo.com.cn/). The subsidiaries, Zhejiang Jiaogong Group Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Jiaogong International Engineering Co., Ltd. (collectively referred to as "subsidiaries"), were selected as the first candidates for the bidding of segments TJ07 and TJ09 of the Yongjin Qu Shang Highway from Jinhua Wucheng to the Zhejiang-Jiangxi boundary. According to the public results, the subsidiaries were confirmed as the winning bidders for the aforementioned segments, and the Company received the project bidding notification from the subsidiaries.
