Zhong Shen Zhong Huan Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Zhong Shen Zhong Huan") was founded in 1987 and is one of the first large accounting firms in China approved by the state to engage in securities and futures related business and financial business audits. According to the filing list of accounting firms engaged in securities service business issued by the Ministry of Finance and the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the firm has the qualification for auditing the issuance of shares and bonds by joint-stock companies. In November 2013, it was restructured into a special general partnership in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Finance and other relevant authorities. Zhong Shen Zhong Huan's registered address is located on the 17th-18th floors of the Yangtze River Industrial Building, No. 166 Zhongbei Road, Shuiguohu Street, Wuchang District, Wuhan City, Hubei Province. The managing partner is Mr. Shi Wenxian. As of the end of 2024, the firm had 216 partners, 1,304 certified public accountants, and 723 certified public accountants who had signed audit reports for securities service businesses.
