As an independent director of Hengdian Group DMEGC Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), I, Jia Rui, have strictly adhered to the requirements of the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Guiding Opinions on Corporate Governance of Listed Companies," the "Administrative Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies," the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listed Company Self-Regulatory Supervision Guidelines No. 1 - Standardized Operation of Main Board Listed Companies," and other relevant laws, administrative regulations, normative documents, and the "Articles of Association" and the "Independent Director Work System" of the Company. (I) Work Experience and Professional Background Jia Rui: Male, born in September 1974, Chinese national, PhD, Professor, Researcher. Currently serves as an independent director of the Company. Concurrently, he is the academic leader in the field of optoelectronics (including new energy) at a research institute affiliated with a university directly under the Ministry of Education, a doctoral supervisor, and a professor. He also serves as an independent director of Jinko Solar Co., Ltd. and Hunan Huamin Holdings Group Co., Ltd. He has previously worked at the School of Electronic and Electrical Engineering, Hokkaido University, Japan, and conducted scientific research and teaching at institutes affiliated with the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences.
