I. Meeting Information
The 25th meeting of the 9th Board of Directors of Hengdian Group Dongci Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") was notified to all directors in writing or via email on October 19, 2025, and was held via teleconference on the morning of October 24, 2025. A total of 9 directors (including independent directors) were required to attend, and all 9 directors were present. Senior management of the Company also attended the meeting. The attendance, procedures, and discussions of the meeting complied with the provisions of the Company Law of the People's Republic of China, the Articles of Association, and the Rules of Procedure for Board Meetings.
