Recently, Shenzhen Derun Electronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") has filed a lawsuit with the Chongqing Bishan District People's Court (hereinafter referred to as "Bishan Court") against Meida Electric (Chongqing) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Chongqing Meida") and Meite Technology (Yibin) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yibin Meite") for a claim dispute.
