I. Basic Situation of the Company's Guarantee Involved in Litigation
Shenzhen Derun Electronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and its subsidiaries, Hefei Derun Electronic Components Co., Ltd. and Meite Technology (Yibin) Co., Ltd., jointly and severally guaranteed the loan of Chongqing Meida Appliances Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Chongqing Meida") from Agricultural Bank of China Co., Ltd. Chongqing Bishan Branch (hereinafter referred to as "Agricultural Bank"). Due to Chongqing Meida's failure to repay the loan in a timely and full manner, the Agricultural Bank filed a lawsuit against the borrower and the guarantors in the Bishan District People's Court of Chongqing Municipality (hereinafter referred to as the "Bishan Court").
