(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") held the 22nd meeting of the 8th Board of Directors on April 27, 2026, and reviewed and approved the "Proposal on the 2026 Director Remuneration Plan" and the "Proposal on the 2026 Senior Management Remuneration Plan." Due to the involvement of director remuneration in the "Proposal on the 2026 Director Remuneration Plan," and based on the principle of prudence, all directors abstained from voting. This proposal will be directly submitted to the Company's 2025 Shareholders' Meeting for review.
