The 14th meeting of the 8th Board of Directors was notified on October 18, 2025, and convened on October 28, 2025, at the conference room of Chengdu Tool Research Institute Co., Ltd., combining on-site and communication methods. A total of 8 directors were supposed to attend, and all 8 directors attended, with 6 present on-site and Mr. Yan Ning and Mr. Zhang Yongzhen attending via communication voting.
