To all shareholders and shareholder representatives:
As an independent director of Guoguang Electric Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), in accordance with the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China," "Securities Law of the People's Republic of China," "Administrative Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies," "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listed Company Self-Regulatory Management Guidelines No. 1 - Normative Operation of Main Board Listed Companies," and other laws and regulations, and the "Articles of Association of Guoguang Electric Co., Ltd." (I) Work Experience, Professional Background, and Concurrent Positions
Mr. Tan Guangrong, born in 1963, is a Chinese national, a member of the Communist Party of China, holds a Ph.D. in Management, and is a professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Economics and Trade, Hunan University. He is also a non-practicing Certified Public Accountant in China, Vice President of the Hunan Provincial Finance and Taxation Research Association, Vice President of the Hunan Provincial Budget Performance Management Research Association, a council member of the Hunan Provincial Taxation Society, and an independent director of Guoguang Electric Co., Ltd., Shanhe Xingkong Industrial Co., Ltd., and Delijia Transmission Technology (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd.
