Management System for Suspension and Exemption of Information Disclosure
Chapter 1 General Provisions
Article 1 In order to regulate the suspension and exemption of information disclosure by Guoguang Electric Appliance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and its information disclosure obligors (hereinafter referred to as "Information Disclosure Obligors"), and to urge the Company and relevant Information Disclosure Obligors to fulfill their information disclosure obligations in accordance with laws and regulations, this system is formulated in accordance with the "Securities Law of the People's Republic of China" (hereinafter referred to as the "Securities Law"), the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules" (hereinafter referred to as the "Stock Listing Rules"), the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listed Company Self-Regulatory Guidance No. 1 - Normative Operation of Main Board Listed Companies" (hereinafter referred to as the "Normative Operation Guidance"), and the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listed Company Self-Regulatory Guidance No. 5 - Information Disclosure Affairs Management", as well as other relevant laws, administrative regulations, departmental rules, normative documents, and the "Articles of Association of Guoguang Electric Appliance Co., Ltd." (hereinafter referred to as the "Articles of Association"), combined with the Company's actual situation.
Article 2 Where the Information Disclosure Obligors handle matters of suspension or exemption of information disclosure in accordance with the "Stock Listing Rules" and other relevant business rules of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (hereinafter referred to as the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange"), this system shall apply.
