II. Risk Warnings for Wealth Management Products
-
Market Risk. Fixed income certificates may be affected by changes in market interest rates. Floating income certificates may be linked to specific underlying assets, including but not limited to equities, bonds, credit, funds, interest rates, exchange rates, indices, futures, commodities, and their combinations. If the market price of the specific underlying asset experiences significant fluctuations, it may lead to fluctuations in the investment returns of the income certificates.
-
Liquidity Risk. Before the maturity of the income certificates, they can only be transferred within the period specified in the offering prospectus (unless otherwise stipulated that they cannot be transferred). Trading may be inactive, potentially making it impossible to meet transfer needs. Alternatively, if the income certificates do not have an early termination clause, they may not be redeemable before maturity.
-
Issuer Risk. The issuer of the income certificates faces risks such as liquidity risk, credit risk, operational risk, and information system risk, which may lead to failures in subscription or fund transfer, or inability to pay in a timely and full manner, resulting in losses for investors.
-
Policy and Legal Risk. The income certificates are issued in accordance with current laws, regulations, relevant regulatory rules, and self-regulatory rules. If national policies, laws, regulations, relevant regulatory rules, and self-regulatory rules change, it may adversely affect the issuance and operation of the income certificates, leading to investor losses.
