Guoguang Electric Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") held the 23rd meeting of the 11th Board of Directors on December 22, 2025, and reviewed and approved the "Proposal on Using Temporarily Idle Raised Funds for Cash Management." The proposal allows the Company to use no more than 82,500.00 million yuan of temporarily idle raised funds for cash management within 12 months from the date of approval by the Board of Directors. Funds can be used in a revolving manner within the aforementioned amount and period, with the holding period for each wealth management product not exceeding 12 months.
