(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") held the fourth meeting of the ninth board of directors on April 28, 2026, and deliberated and approved the "Proposal on the Correction of Previous Accounting Errors". In order to ensure the authenticity, accuracy and completeness of financial information and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of investors, in accordance with the relevant provisions of laws, regulations and normative documents such as the "Rules for the Compilation and Reporting of Information Disclosure of Companies Offering Securities to the Public No. 19 - Correction and Related Disclosure of Financial Information" and "Administrative Measures for Information Disclosure of Listed Companies", the company has adjusted the revenue recognition method of some of the company's trading business from the gross method to the net method based on the principle of prudence in the process of recent financial self-inspection and 2025 annual audit. Correction of accounting errors in the first quarter report of 2025, semi-annual report of 2025 and third quarter report of 2025.
