1. Director Resignation
Recently, the board of Huafu Fashion Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") received a resignation application from Mr. Cheng Guisong. Mr. Cheng applied to resign from his position as a non-independent director of the ninth board of directors due to internal work adjustments. After resigning from the director position, Mr. Cheng will continue to hold other positions within the Company. His resignation as a non-independent director will not result in the number of board members falling below the legal minimum, nor will it affect the normal operation of the board or the Company's regular business development.
