I. Overview of Investment Situation
(I) Investment Purpose: To improve fund utilization and returns, enhance asset return rates, and reasonably utilize idle funds. While ensuring the Company's daily operating, R&D, production, and construction fund needs and controllable risks, the Company will reasonably utilize its own temporarily idle funds for short-term (investment period within one year, excluding one year) low-to-medium risk financial institution wealth management product investments, to generate more returns for the Company and its shareholders.
