As an independent director of Poly United Chemical Holdings Group Co., Ltd. (I) Work Experience, Professional Background, and Concurrent Positions I, Cao Yuqiang, born in 1987, hold a Ph.D. in Management. I have served as a lecturer and associate professor in the School of Accounting at Guangdong University of Foreign Studies and Trade. I am currently a professor, assistant dean, and head of the Department of Accounting in the School of Accounting at Guangdong University of Foreign Studies and Trade, an independent director of Guangdong Huahui Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd., and an independent director of this Company.
