Announcement on the Estimated Guarantee Quota for the Company and its Subsidiaries in 2026

Special Reminder: The total external guarantee amount of Chuanglian Electronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Chuanglian Electronics" or "the Company") and its holding subsidiaries exceeds 100% of the net assets audited as of the most recent period. The Company has provided guarantees to its holding subsidiaries whose asset-liability ratio exceeds 70%. Investors are advised to pay close attention to the guarantee risks.
I. Overview of Guarantee Situation
On April 24, 2026, the Company convened the tenth meeting of the ninth Board of Directors, which deliberated and approved the "Proposal on the Estimated Guarantee Quota for the Company and its Subsidiaries in 2026." To improve the Company's decision-making efficiency and meet the business development, production and operation, and actual capital needs of the Company and its subsidiaries, the Company and its subsidiaries plan to obtain a total guarantee quota of no more than RMB 11,560,000,000.00 from banks, financial institutions, and other non-financial institutions in 2026. Among this, the guarantee quota for companies and subsidiaries with an asset-liability ratio below 70% shall not exceed RMB 205,000,000.00, and the guarantee quota for companies and subsidiaries with an asset-liability ratio above 70% shall not exceed RMB 951,000,000.00. The guarantee methods include, but are not limited to, general guarantees, joint and several liability guarantees, etc. The scope of guarantees includes, but is not limited to, applications for bank credit, loans, issuance of guarantees, opening of letters of credit, acceptance of bills of exchange, financing lease business, other financial businesses, and performance guarantees arising from daily operations. The forms of guarantees include, but are not limited to, guarantees provided by the Company to its subsidiaries, guarantees provided by subsidiaries to the Company, and guarantees between subsidiaries.
