On December 30, 2025, the Company held the sixth extraordinary meeting of the tenth Board of Directors, which approved the proposal on using idle self-owned funds for entrusted wealth management. To fully utilize the Company's idle self-owned funds, the Company plans to use no more than RMB 1.3 billion of idle self-owned funds for entrusted wealth management. Within the above limit, the funds can be used on a rolling basis, and the total amount for entrusted wealth management at any time (including the reinvestment of the aforementioned investment returns) shall not exceed RMB 1.3 billion, with a term from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026.
