(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") held the 2026 Second Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on April 24, 2026, and deliberated and passed the "Proposal on Repurchasing and Canceling Partial Restricted Shares of the 2022 Restricted Stock Incentive Plan." In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Measures for the Administration of Equity Incentives for Listed Companies" and the "2022 Restricted Stock Incentive Plan (Draft Amendment)" of Guizhou Aerospace Electromechanical Co., Ltd., the Company plans to repurchase and cancel 1,342,248 restricted shares held by 231 individuals that have not yet been released from lock-up under the 2022 Restricted Stock Incentive Plan.
