Chapter 1 General Principles
Article 1
In accordance with the Company Law of the People's Republic of China, relevant regulatory rules from stock exchange authorities (including the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and Hong Kong Stock Exchange, collectively referred to as "the Stock Exchanges"), and the provisions of the Articles of Association of Zhejiang Jingxin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), the purpose of this policy is to guide the Company's board of directors in nominating directors and implementing policies aimed at achieving diversity among board members, senior management, and employees.
