Anhui Huaxin International Holdings Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") received a "Notice of Investigation" (No. 皖证调查字 18056) from the China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as "CSRC") on August 22, 2018, due to suspected false disclosures in the Company's 2017 annual report. According to relevant provisions of the Securities Law of the People's Republic of China, the CSRC decided to initiate an investigation against the Company.
As of the date of this announcement, the CSRC's investigation is ongoing, and the Company has not yet received any conclusive opinions or related progress documents from the CSRC. During the investigation period, the Company will actively cooperate with the CSRC and strictly fulfill its information disclosure obligations in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements.
