Independent Director 2025 Annual Performance Report (Xiao Tingping)
As an independent director of Eastcompeace Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), in 2025, I have strictly followed the "Administrative Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies," the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules," the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listed Company Self-Regulatory Supervision Guidelines No. 1 - Normative Operation of Main Board Listed Companies," and other relevant laws and regulations, as well as the "Company Articles of Association" and the "Independent Director Work System." I have faithfully and diligently performed my duties, exercised the independent role of an independent director, actively attended relevant meetings, diligently reviewed all proposals, and provided recommendations, effectively safeguarding the interests of the Company and its shareholders, especially small and medium shareholders. The following is my report on my work as an independent director in 2025:

1. Basic Information
Mr. Xiao Tingping was born in 1975. He is a professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Accounting, Hangzhou Dianzi University. He is a non-practicing member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CPA), a recipient of the Ministry of Education's "New Century Excellent Talents Support Program," a "National Accounting Leading Talent" supported by the Ministry of Finance, and an outstanding expert with significant contributions in Sichuan Province. He graduated from Xiamen University in July 2004 with a Ph.D. in Management (Finance). From April 2005 to April 2007, he conducted postdoctoral research in Finance at Tsinghua University. In July 2006, he was promoted to professor at Southwest Jiaotong University. From April 2007 to October 2018, he served as the Head of the Department of Accounting and a professor and doctoral supervisor in Accounting at Southwest Jiaotong University. Since October 2018, he has been a professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Accounting, Hangzhou Dianzi University. He currently serves as an independent director of the Company. Since October 2020, he has also served as an independent director of Zhejiang Oriental Financial Holdings Group Co., Ltd., and since July 2024, he has served as an independent director of Zhejiang Zizi Garden Food Co., Ltd.
