I served as an independent director of GCL Energy Technology Holdings Limited (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") from June 18, 2019. On January 24, 2025, following the approval of the election of the eighth board of directors' independent directors at the Company's first extraordinary general meeting in 2025, I ceased to serve as an independent director and member of the board's committees, and I do not hold any other positions in the Company.
During the period from January 1, 2025, to January 24, 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the "2025 Term of Office"), as an independent director of the Company, I diligently and faithfully performed my duties in accordance with the Company Law, the Guidelines for Corporate Governance of Listed Companies, the Measures for the Administration of Independent Directors of Listed Companies, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listing Rules for Main Board Listed Companies, and other laws, regulations, normative documents, and the Articles of Association and the Company's Independent Director Work System. I fully exercised my role as an independent director, safeguarding the overall interests of the Company and the legitimate rights and interests of all shareholders, especially minority shareholders.
