Huangshan Yongxin Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") held its Second Meeting of the Ninth Board of Directors on April 23, 2026, and deliberated and passed the "Proposal on Re-appointing the 2026 Audit Institution." It is proposed to continue to appoint Rongsheng Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Rongsheng CPA") as the Company's financial audit institution and internal control audit institution for 2026, with a term of one year. Basic Information Rongsheng Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) was formerly known as Huapu Tianjian Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership). It was initially established in August 1988 and was restructured into a special general partnership enterprise on December 10, 2013. It is one of the earliest accounting firms in China approved to engage in securities service business and has long been engaged in securities service business. Its registered address is 10th Floor, Building 1, No. 22 Fuchengmenwai Street, Xicheng District, Beijing, Units 1001-1 to 1001-26. The managing partner is Liu Wei.
