Report Preparation Instructions
The "Transfar Zhilian Co., Ltd. 2025 Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Report" (hereinafter referred to as "this Report") is the 6th ESG report (or Social Responsibility Report) released by Transfar Zhilian Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Transfar Zhilian," "the Company," or "we") (Stock Code: 002010). This report provides a detailed disclosure of Transfar Zhilian's practices and performance in the economic, environmental, social, and governance responsibility areas for 2025, aiming to facilitate effective communication with all stakeholders and systematically respond to their expectations and requirements.
Timeframe This is an annual report covering the period from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the "Reporting Period"). To enhance comparability and forward-looking analysis, some content has been appropriately extended to include previous or subsequent years.
Reporting Boundary This report discloses information regarding the responsibilities of Transfar Zhilian and its subsidiaries in economic, environmental, social, and governance aspects. Relevant typical cases are derived from the Company and its affiliated entities.
Data Sources Data sources for this report include raw data from the Company's actual operations, publicly available data from government departments, annual financial data, internal statistical reports, third-party surveys, and third-party evaluation interviews. Financial data in this report is denominated in RMB. In case of any discrepancies with the financial report, the financial report shall prevail.
Preparation Basis This report is prepared in reference to the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Self-Regulatory Guidelines for Listed Companies No. 17 — Sustainability Reporting (Trial)" (hereinafter referred to as the "Exchange Guidelines") and the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards. It also incorporates the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Self-Regulatory Guidelines for Listed Companies No. 3 — Sustainability Reporting Preparation," the United Nations 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and the China Association for Public Companies' "Guidelines for Sustainability Reporting of Listed Companies."

Time flies, and the torch is passed. Transfar Zhilian was born in the spring breeze of reform and grew up in the tide of the new era. From 1986 to 2026, Transfar has been rooted in the real economy for forty years. Starting from a family workshop by the Qiantang River, growing from nothing to something, from small to large, and from weak to strong, we have witnessed the great process of China's reform and opening up and the rise of Chinese private enterprises on the world stage.
