Han's Laser Technology Industry Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "Han's Laser") held the fifteenth meeting of the Eighth Board of Directors on April 15, 2026, and reviewed and approved the "Proposal on Re-appointing Rongcheng Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) as the Company's 2026 Audit Firm." It is proposed to re-appoint Rongcheng Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Rongcheng Certified Public Accountants") as the Company's 2026 audit firm, and to authorize the Company's management to negotiate and determine the audit fees with the audit firm based on the Company's actual business conditions and market conditions in 2026. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
I. Explanation of the Proposed Re-appointment of the Audit Firm
Rongcheng Certified Public Accountants possesses qualifications for securities and futures business and has rich experience and professional ethics in auditing listed companies, which can well meet the Company's requirements for establishing and improving internal controls and financial auditing.
During its tenure as the Company's audit firm, Rongcheng Certified Public Accountants has diligently performed its duties, complied with relevant regulations such as the "Chinese Certified Public Accountants Independent Auditing Standards," adhered to independent, objective, and fair auditing principles, and issued fair and reasonable audit opinions.
To maintain the continuity of audit work, the Company proposes to re-appoint Rongcheng Certified Public Accountants as the Company's 2026 audit firm. The audit fees will be determined by the Company's management through negotiation with the audit firm based on the Company's actual business conditions and market conditions in 2026. The term of engagement is one year, and it can be renewed upon expiration.
