Independent Director's 2025 Annual Performance Report
Since being elected as an independent director of Zhejiang Jinggong Integrated Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) on August 27, 2021, I have, in accordance with the Company Law, the Administrative Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listed Company Self-Regulatory Management Guide No. 1 - Norms for the Operation of Main Board Listed Companies, and other relevant laws, regulations, and normative documents, as well as the Articles of Association and the Independent Director System of the Company, strictly maintained my independence and professional ethics, faithfully and diligently performed my duties, actively played the role of an independent director in decision-making, supervision and checks and balances, and professional consultation, and effectively protected the legitimate rights and interests of the Company and all shareholders. I hereby report on my performance in 2025:
I. Basic Information of Independent Director
I, Yan Jiandiao, was born in February 1965 and hold a doctoral degree and the title of professor. I graduated from the Department of Economics, Hangzhou University in 1985 with a bachelor's degree in Political Economics; graduated from the Department of Finance and Economics, Hangzhou University in 1988 with a master's degree in Economics in International Trade; served as a visiting scholar at the Le Havre Business School in France in 1997; and graduated from the School of Economics, Zhejiang University in 2005 with a doctoral degree in Political Economics. From August 1988 to September 1998, I was a teacher at Hangzhou University (now Zhejiang University), serving as the Deputy Director of the International Trade Department of the School of Finance and Economics. From October 1998 to October 2017, I served as the Deputy Director and Director of the Department of International Economics at the School of Economics, Zhejiang University. I have also served as an independent director for Hengsheng Electronics (Stock Code: 600570), Shuangyi Technology (Stock Code: 300690), Xin'an Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 600596), Tongce Medical (Stock Code: 600763), Baida Group (Stock Code: 600865), and Rongsheng Petrochemical (Stock Code: 002493). I am currently a professor at the School of Economics, Zhejiang University, Executive Director of the Institute of International Business, and an independent director of Huayuan Biological (Stock Code: 300401). I am also a director of the China World Economy Society and a standing director of the Zhejiang Provincial International Economics and Trade Society. I have served as an independent director of the Company since August 2021.
