I. Meeting Information
The 13th meeting of the 9th Board of Directors of Zhejiang Precision Integration Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") was convened on December 6, 2025, via email and telephone notification sent on December 3, 2025. A total of 9 directors were required to participate in the voting, and all 9 directors participated. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Sun Guojun, the chairman of the company, in compliance with laws, administrative regulations, departmental rules, and the Company’s Articles of Association.
