I. Director Resignation
Recently, the board of directors of Zhejiang Precision Integrated Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") received a written resignation report from non-independent director Mr. Jin Li. Due to adjustments in the company's governance structure, Mr. Jin applied to resign from his position as a non-independent director and vice chairman of the ninth board of directors. After his resignation, he will still hold relevant positions within the company. Mr. Jin's resignation will not result in the number of board members falling below the legal minimum and will not affect the normal operation of the board. According to relevant laws and regulations and the Company's Articles of Association, his resignation report takes effect upon delivery to the board of directors. As of the date of this announcement, Mr. Jin does not hold any shares in the company.
