Beijing Grandway Law Offices (hereinafter referred to as "the Firm") has been entrusted by Anhui Dehao RunDa Electric Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Dehao RunDa" or "the Company") to conduct verification on the issues related to the "Inquiry Letter on the 2025 Annual Report of Anhui Dehao RunDa Electric Co., Ltd." (hereinafter referred to as the "Inquiry Letter") and to issue this verification opinion.
This verification opinion is issued in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations such as the Company Law and the Securities Law, and in accordance with the generally accepted business standards, ethical norms, and diligence and responsibility principles of the legal profession. The Firm hereby makes the following statements regarding the issuance of this verification opinion:

The Firm's lawyers shall only provide verification opinions on legal issues related to the "Inquiry Letter," based on facts that have occurred or existed prior to the date of issuance of this verification opinion, and strictly in accordance with the currently effective laws, administrative regulations, rules, normative documents of China, and relevant regulations of the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the stock exchanges.

In accordance with the Securities Law, the Administrative Measures for Securities Legal Business, and the Practice Rules for Securities Legal Business, the Firm's lawyers have strictly performed their statutory duties, adhered to the principles of diligence and good faith, conducted corresponding investigations, and shall bear corresponding legal responsibilities for facts that have occurred or existed prior to the date of issuance of this verification opinion.

For facts that are crucial to the issuance of this verification opinion but cannot be independently substantiated by evidence, the Firm's lawyers shall rely on the commitments, confirmations, testimonies, or documents issued or provided by Dehao RunDa and other relevant entities or individuals to issue the verification opinion.
For reports, opinions, and documents obtained directly from public institutions such as government agencies, organizations with public affairs management functions, accounting firms, and asset appraisal firms, the Firm's lawyers have performed their duties in accordance with the Administrative Measures for Securities Legal Business and the Practice Rules for Securities Legal Business (Trial), and have used the aforementioned documents as the basis for issuing this opinion. The Firm's lawyers shall not express opinions on non-legal professional matters such as accounting, capital verification, auditing, and asset appraisal. Regarding the non-legal professional matters involved in this opinion, the Firm's lawyers have strictly quoted professional documents issued by relevant institutions and statements issued by the Company or relevant individuals. The aforementioned quotations do not constitute any express or implied guarantee by the Firm's lawyers regarding the truthfulness and accuracy of the quoted content. The Firm's lawyers do not have the legal qualifications to verify and make judgments on such content. During the verification process, the Firm's lawyers have specifically reminded Dehao RunDa and other audited institutions and individuals that the proofs or testimonies they provide should be true, accurate, and complete, and all copies or duplicates should be consistent with the originals or authentic copies, without any false records, misleading statements, or major omissions. They shall bear corresponding legal responsibilities for any commitments or confirmations made.
Dehao RunDa has guaranteed that it has provided the Firm's lawyers with all relevant factual materials, approval documents, certificates, and other relevant documents necessary for issuing this opinion, and confirms that all documents provided by the Company are true, accurate, legal, effective, and complete, without any false records, misleading statements, or major omissions, and that all signatures and seals on the documents are genuine, and all copies or duplicates are consistent with the originals or authentic copies.
