I. Convening of the Board Meeting
China Merchants Property Operation Service Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") issued a notice for the sixth meeting of the eleventh Board of Directors via email and other means on April 16, 2026. The meeting was held on April 21, 2026, combining on-site and video conferencing. The on-site meeting took place in Conference Room 1301, New Era Plaza, No. 1, Taizi Road, Shekou, Nanshan District, Shenzhen. Eleven directors were expected to attend, and all eleven directors were present. Directors Chen Zhiheng, Zhao Xiao, and Li Chaohui attended in person, while Directors Lu Bin, Pan Jianliang, Yuan Fei, Yang Lei, KAREN LAI, Zou Pingxue, Song Jingxian, and Zhang Bohui attended via video conference. Senior management of the Company attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Chairman Lu Bin. The convening and holding of this meeting complied with the relevant provisions of the "Company Law" and the "Articles of Association," and the resolutions passed were legal and valid.
