I, Zheng Qi, as a candidate for independent director of the 12th Board of Directors of China Merchants Port Group Co., Ltd., have fully understood and agreed to be nominated by the nominator, China Merchants Port Group Co., Ltd. Board of Directors, as an independent director candidate for the 12th Board of Directors of China Merchants Port Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company).
