To all shareholders of Huike Co., Ltd.:
We have reviewed the financial statements of Huike Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), which include the consolidated and parent company balance sheets as of March 31, 2026, the consolidated and parent company income statements and cash flow statements for January to March 2026, as well as the notes to the financial statements. The preparation of these financial statements is the responsibility of the Company's management, while our responsibility is to issue a review report based on our review work.
We conducted our review in accordance with the "Chinese Certified Public Accountant Review Standard No. 2101 - Financial Statement Review." This standard requires us to plan and perform the review to obtain limited assurance about whether the financial statements are free of material misstatement. The review is primarily limited to inquiries of the Company's personnel and analytical procedures applied to the financial data, providing a lower level of assurance than an audit. We did not perform an audit and, therefore, do not express an audit opinion.
Based on our review, we did not notice any matters that would lead us to believe that the financial statements were not prepared in accordance with the Accounting Standards for Business Enterprises and did not fairly present, in all material respects, the consolidated and parent company financial position, operating results, and cash flows of Huike Co., Ltd.

Huike Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") was formerly known as Huike Electronics (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huike Co., Ltd."). Huike Co., Ltd. was established with investment from Sunshine Technology International Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Sunshine International"). The establishment was approved by the Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation and registered with the Shenzhen Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce on December 3, 2001, with a registered capital of USD 1.21 million. The Company transitioned to a joint-stock company on October 31, 2015, and was registered with the Shenzhen Market Supervision Administration on April 19, 2016, with its headquarters located in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province. The Company currently holds a business license with a unified social credit code of 914403007320583129, a registered capital of RMB 6,568,051,262, and a total of 6,568,051,262 shares (each with a par value of RMB 1).
