Chapter 1 General Principles
Article 1
To fully utilize the Interactive Easy platform established by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and further standardize communication between Beijing Vito Electric Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and investors, this system is formulated to establish a good communication mechanism between the Company and investors, continuously improve corporate governance levels, and comply with relevant regulations from the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, and the Company’s Articles of Association.
Article 2
The Interactive Easy platform refers to the investor relations interaction platform built by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange for listed companies and investors.
Chapter 2 General Requirements
Article 3
Management of the Interactive Easy platform is an important part of the Company's investor relations management. When the Company releases information or responds to investor inquiries on the Interactive Easy platform, it must adhere to the principle of integrity, strictly comply with relevant regulations, respect and treat all investors equally, actively enhance communication with investors, and foster a healthy market ecology.
Article 4
When the Company releases information or responds to investor inquiries on the Interactive Easy platform, it must be cautious, rational, and objective, based on facts, ensuring that the information released and the responses provided are true, accurate, and complete. The Company's information disclosure shall be based on the content disclosed through designated information disclosure media and must not disclose any undisclosed significant information through the Interactive Easy platform. The information released or responded to on the Interactive Easy platform must not conflict with legally disclosed information.
Article 5
When responding to investor inquiries on the Interactive Easy platform, the Company must not use false, exaggerated, promotional, or misleading language. It should focus on the effectiveness of communication with investors and must not mislead them. The Company shall not publish or respond to content that lacks clear factual basis on the Interactive Easy platform.
