I. Overview of Guarantee Situation
- Basic Situation of Previous Guarantee Amount Forecast
Guangzhou Guanghe Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guanghe Technology" or "the Company") held its second session of the 23rd Board of Directors meeting on March 27, 2026, and its 2025 Annual Shareholders' Meeting on June 18, 2026. Both meetings deliberated and approved the "Proposal on the Company and its Subsidiaries Applying for Comprehensive Credit Lines from Banks and Providing Guarantees for Subsidiaries." The Company and its subsidiaries plan to apply for a comprehensive credit line not exceeding RMB 5.10 billion from banks (subject to the final credit line approved by the cooperative institutions). Among these, the Company's wholly-owned subsidiaries, Huangshi Guanghe Precision Circuit Co., Ltd., Guanghe Technology (International) Co., Ltd., Dongguan Guanghe CNC Technology Co., Ltd., and wholly-owned subsidiary Guanghe Technology (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (English name: Delton Technology (Thailand) Co., Ltd.) (hereinafter referred to as "Thailand Guanghe"), plan to apply for credit totaling RMB 1.42 billion from banks for business development. The Company plans to provide a total guarantee amount not exceeding RMB 1.42 billion for them (of which the Company plans to provide a guarantee amount for Thailand Guanghe not exceeding RMB 0.175 billion).
