Guangzhou Guanghe Technology Co., Ltd. announces the reappointment of the accounting firm for the year 2026. Special Reminder:

1. The name of the accounting firm proposed for reappointment: Rongcheng Accounting Firm (Special General Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Rongcheng Accounting Firm").
2. The Audit Committee and Board of Directors of Guangzhou Guanghe Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company" or "this Company") have no objections to the reappointment of the accounting firm, which still requires submission to the Company's shareholders' meeting for deliberation.
3. The reappointment of the accounting firm complies with the provisions of the "Management Measures for the Selection of Accounting Firms by State-owned Enterprises and Listed Companies" issued by the Ministry of Finance, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, and the China Securities Regulatory Commission (Cai Kuai [2023] No. 4). The Company held the 25th meeting of the second Board of Directors on May 27, 2026, where the proposal for the reappointment of the accounting firm for 2026 was approved. This proposal still needs to be submitted to the Company's 2025 annual shareholders' meeting for deliberation.

   Rongcheng Accounting Firm was renamed from the former Huapu Tianjian Accounting Firm (Special General Partnership), originally established in August 1988, and restructured into a special general partnership on December 10, 2013. It is one of the earliest accounting firms authorized to engage in securities services in China and has long been involved in securities services. The registered address is 10th Floor, Building 1, No. 22 Fuchengmen Outer Street, Xicheng District, Beijing, with the chief partner being Liu Wei.

2. Personnel Information
   As of December 31, 2025, Rongcheng Accounting Firm has a total of 233 partners and 1,507 certified public accountants, of which 856 have signed audit reports for securities services.
