Guolian Min Sheng Securities Underwriting and Sponsorship Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Sponsor") is the sponsor for the initial public offering of shares on the main board of Guangzhou Guanghe Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guanghe Technology" or the "Company"). In accordance with the "Administrative Measures for Securities Issuance and Listing Sponsorship Business," the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules," and the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listed Company Self-Regulatory Supervision Guidelines No. 1 - Normative Operation of Main Board Listed Companies," the Sponsor hereby issues its review opinion on Guanghe Technology's 2025 Internal Control Self-Evaluation Report as follows:
I. Overall Situation of Internal Control Evaluation Work
(I) Scope of Internal Control Evaluation
The Company determined the scope of evaluation for key entities, businesses, and matters, as well as high-risk areas, based on the principles of comprehensiveness and materiality. The entities included in the evaluation scope are Guangzhou Guanghe Technology Co., Ltd. and its consolidated subsidiaries. The total assets of the entities within the evaluation scope accounted for 99.84% of the Company's consolidated financial statement total assets, and the total operating revenue accounted for 100% of the Company's consolidated financial statement total operating revenue. The businesses and matters included in the evaluation scope are: sales and collection management, asset management, project management, procurement and payment management, production cost management, R&D management, outsourcing management, fire protection and safety management, information system management, fund activity management, human resource management, organizational structure and strategic development planning management, ESG management, comprehensive budget management, contract and seal management, related-party transactions, external guarantees, etc.
