(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") held its second meeting of the Fifth Board of Directors on April 23, 2026, and reviewed and approved the "Proposal on Changing Business Scope, Amending the Articles of Association, and Handling Industrial and Commercial Registration Change." To meet the Company's current business needs, in conjunction with the Company's development plan, and in accordance with the requirements of the market supervision and administration department for the standardized implementation of business scope registration, the Company's original business scope has been standardized and adjusted, and the corresponding clauses in the "Articles of Association" have been amended. As legally registered, the Company's business scope is: research and development, production, and sales of instruments and meters, low-voltage electrical appliances, cable monitoring equipment, mobile communication equipment, electronic computers and their external equipment, IC card readers/writers; development and sales of computer software; sales of household appliances; system integration of computer information; development, technical services, and technical consulting for power technology; equipment leasing; security and power engineering construction and maintenance; installation, maintenance, and testing of power facilities; testing and maintenance technical services for communication and power equipment; sales of power components, power tools, insulation products, electromechanical products, power equipment and accessories, and hardware; sales, installation, and services of fire-fighting equipment and supplies; network control, monitoring, anti-theft alarm engineering, intelligent community integrated wiring system design and installation; import and export of goods and technology (projects subject to approval according to law can only be carried out after approval by relevant departments).
