I. Sponsor's Audit Work
The sponsor representatives carefully reviewed the "Hefei Xueqi Electric Co., Ltd. 2025 Internal Control Evaluation Report" and various business and management rules and regulations, consulted documents from shareholder meetings, board of directors meetings, and supervisory board meetings, communicated with relevant personnel of the company, and reviewed information disclosed by the company externally.
