Announcement on the Resignation of Non-Independent Director and Election of Employee Representative Director
Hubei Ping An Electric Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") received a written resignation report from non-independent director Mr. Deng Bingnan. Due to internal work adjustments, Mr. Deng applied to resign from his position as a non-independent director and member of the audit committee of the Company's third board of directors. After his resignation, Mr. Deng will continue to hold other positions within the Company.
